Terms of Use — naggingissue.com
1. Who runs this site
naggingissue.com ("the Site", "we", "us") is operated by 2morrow.ai, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, of 2730 S Wadsworth Blvd Ste B #1013, Denver, CO 80227, United States. You can reach us at stefan@2morrow.ai.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
naggingissue.com is a public board where people finish one sentence — "If I could just ______, life would be so much easier" — in a short post we call a nag. Other visitors can say "me too" to show they feel the same way.
Roughly once a week, we pick one nag and build it into a small working product ("that week's app"). This is a creative and editorial project, not a service you pay for and not a guarantee that any given nag will be built.
The board is a time-limited run: it accepts nags until December 31, 2026, 11:59 pm Mountain Time. We may extend the run, or end it earlier, and will say so on the Site. Nags already submitted stay subject to these Terms after the run ends.
3. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 16 years old to submit a nag, say "me too", or otherwise provide any information to the Site. If you are under 16, please do not use the Site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we will delete it if we learn we have.
4. Accounts, email verification, and accepting these Terms
- Reading the board and saying "me too" does not require an account or login.
- Submitting a nag requires a working email address, which we verify before your nag is considered. We use your email to confirm your submission, notify you about its status, and credit you if your nag is picked.
- Before you can submit, you must actively accept these Terms (a "click to agree" step, sometimes called clickwrap). When you do, we record which version of these Terms you agreed to and when. If we change the Terms in a way that matters, we will ask returning submitters to accept the new version before submitting again.
5. "Me too" without an account
Saying "me too" does not require you to log in or give us your email. To keep the count honest, we use an invisible human-check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and a scrambled, non-reversible fingerprint of your visit to stop the same person from saying "me too" to the same nag many times. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what that involves.
6. Submitting a nag: the license you give us
When you submit a nag (the one-line statement, any optional context, and any follow-up you give us, together "your Submission"), you keep ownership of it. But so that we can actually run the board and build things from it, you agree to the following:
- License. You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, publish, display, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, and build products or features based on your Submission, in any format and through any medium, without further payment or credit beyond what is described in Section 8.
- No confidentiality. Your Submission is not confidential. Please do not submit anything you consider a secret. We may discuss it publicly, show it to other people, or use it in ways we don't disclose in advance.
- No obligation to build or respond. We are not obligated to build, respond to, comment on, or even read any individual Submission with care. We may ignore, decline, merge, or shelve any Submission for any reason or no reason.
- Independent development. We (and people who work with us) may already be working on, or may independently come up with, something similar to your Submission, before or after you send it. Sending us a Submission does not stop us from building something similar that we developed independently, and does not entitle you to credit or payment for that independent work.
- Similar submissions. Many people may submit similar or overlapping ideas. We decide, at our sole discretion, how to group, merge, credit, or treat similar Submissions (see Section 7 on duplicates).
- Your warranties. By submitting, you promise that (a) you have the right to share the Submission with us and to grant the license above, and (b) the Submission does not contain anyone else's personal information (for example, another named person's private details) or anything you don't have the right to post.
7. Duplicates and merging similar nags
If your nag looks similar to one already on the board, we (or our automated tools) may suggest merging it, and we will ask you to confirm before merging. If nags are merged, the earliest submitter is credited as the original, and everyone whose Submission was merged in is named and credited for the angle they added.
8. Picking a nag: recognition, not a prize
- This is not a contest, sweepstakes, or lottery. There is no purchase necessary, no entry fee, and no random drawing.
- "Me too" counts are advisory only. They help us gauge interest, but the pick is entirely our decision, made however we see fit, including criteria we publish from time to time (for example: buildable in a few days, affordable to run, and legal and compliant).
- Credit, not a prize. If your nag is picked and built, we credit you by name: your display name appears on the nag itself and in the "how this got built" note on the shipped app. That is the only thing you receive for being picked. There is no payment, no free access to any product, no gift, and no reward of any kind or value.
- Beyond the credit described in these Terms, we are not obligated to pay you, employ you, or give you anything else for your Submission, and we have no obligation to build, pay, or credit you beyond what these Terms say.
9. Moderation
Every nag is reviewed — mostly by automated (AI) tools, sometimes by a person — before it appears publicly. There are three possible outcomes:
- Published — it appears on the public board.
- Held for human review — a person looks at it, usually within a day.
- Declined — it will not be published, and we tell you why in plain language.
You will always be told the status of your Submission, both on-screen and by email — we do not let submissions quietly disappear. If you think a decision about your Submission was wrong, use the "This is a mistake — ask Stefan" button shown with your Submission's status. That is how you appeal.
Automated replies, effort estimates, and suggestions ("have you looked into...") are generated by AI and are rough guesses, not promises. They are not a commitment that anything will be built, that a suggested alternative works, or that an estimate will be accurate.
To keep the board usable and our costs predictable, we may limit how many nags one person can submit per day, and we may mark the board "closed for the day" when volume is high, meaning no new nags are accepted until it reopens (saying "me too" to existing nags stays open).
10. Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to post anything illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that violates someone else's rights (including privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights), or someone else's personal data. Don't try to manipulate "me too" counts, submit spam, scrape the Site beyond what our public pages allow, or interfere with the Site's operation or security. To report a violation, contact abuse@2morrow.ai.
11. Copyright / DMCA notices
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:
- Designated Agent: Stefan Heinz, Designated Agent, 2morrow.ai, LLC
- Address: 2730 S Wadsworth Blvd, Ste B #1013, Denver, CO 80227, United States
- Email: dagent@2morrow.ai
- U.S. Copyright Office Registration No.: DMCA-1075977
Your notice should include: (a) your signature (physical or electronic); (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is on the Site; (d) your contact details; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We will respond according to the process required by applicable copyright law, which may include removing content and notifying the person who posted it.
12. EU Digital Services Act — notice and action
If you are in the European Union and believe content on the Site is illegal, you can notify us at abuse@2morrow.ai with: the location of the content (a link), why you think it is illegal, and your contact details. Where we take action on content as a result of a notice or our own review, we will give the affected user a statement of reasons explaining the decision, as required by the Digital Services Act.
13. Changes and removal
We may edit, remove, or decline to publish any Submission at any time, and
may change these Terms. If we make a material change, we will update the
last_updated date above and, for future submissions, ask you to accept
the new version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept
the updated Terms.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
As is. naggingissue.com provides the Site "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that any nag will be built, or that AI-generated replies, effort estimates, or suggestions will be accurate.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from your use of the Site is limited to $50 or the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater (which will typically be $50, since the Site is free to use). Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose laws grant you mandatory consumer protections, nothing in this section deprives you of those protections or of any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
